Banana Blender Pancakes

The easiest (& best) gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free pancakes!

I am obsessed with this recipe because all you have to do is throw all of your ingredients in a blender and BAM! you have amazing pancakes.
EASY three ingredients:
Banana- The star of the show!! It is preferred to use an overripe banana for this recipe to add extra sweetness.
Old Fashioned Oatmeal- I prefer old fashioned oatmeal, but this will work with any type of oats.
Egg- This recipe calls for one egg so use your favorite type :)
Nut Milk- I use almond milk, but use whatever you fancy (you can absolutely use cow milk too)!
Baking Powder- To add fluffiness to the pancakes.
Vanilla Extract- To add to the flavor.
Cinnamon- To add to the flavor.
Not a fan of bananas?
You can swap out bananas for pumpkin, apple sauce, or greek yogurt.
Not a fan of oatmeal?
You can swap out oatmeal for flour.
Want to make this recipe vegan?
Use a flax egg instead of a regular egg

1 banana
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 egg
1/4 c nut milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
a dash of cinnamon (optional)
