Mint Oreo Brownies

I know mint and chocolate can be a controversial dessert. Personally, I LOOVVVEEE the combination. But, if you are one of those poor souls that does not like it because it "tastes like toothpaste" I will have to apologize in advance because this recipe is not for you.

This recipe is a variation of my classic Oreo brownie. My cousin is moving abroad and requested a famous Mallory Harr brownie so I had to deliver. But her one request was she wanted something NEW that I have never made before. So technically, I cheated in the rules because this is a VERYYYY slight variation to the OG recipe.

Mint Oreo Brownies

The Best Shopping List to Exist

All of the ingredients to make this delicious treat:

• 2 ½ c brown sugar

• 1 ¼ c salted butter

• 4 eggs *at room temperature

• 1 ½ c cocoa powder

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• tsp salt

• ⅔ c all purpose flour

• 15 MINT flavored Oreos

I have all of the ingredients... Now what???
