Meal prepping can be a lifesaver for busy weeks, but it's easy to get stuck in a rut with the same meals every day. That's why we're sharing a recipe for a high-protein sheet pan pancake that is perfect for meal prep. This pancake is not only delicious and satisfying, but it's also loaded with protein to help keep you feeling full and energized throughout the day.
EASY four ingredients:
Kodiak Cakes- The star of the show!! By using boxed pancake mix, it saves so much time and effort. I prefer using Kodiak Cakes for an extra boost of protein but feel free to use your favorite pancake mix!
Protein Powder- I used Vanilla Bean protein powder by Astroflav. This protein powder is one of the best I have tried (& trust me with years of being a competitive athlete I have tried a lot). Use code MUNCHIES to save :)
Water- Self-explanatory!
Blueberries- I loooooveee blueberries but you can switch it up with bananas, strawberries, chocolate chips, peanut butter, you name it!
