I mean... who doesn't love Nutella?

If you’re looking for a delicious and unique twist on banana bread, you’ll definitely want to try out this Nutella Swirl Banana Bread! This moist and tender loaf is loaded with flavor thanks to the addition of Nutella, which adds a rich and chocolatey note to the classic banana flavor.

What stage of banana is best for this recipe?

For any banana bread, you want to use an overripe banana. The more ripe the banana, the sweeter the bread. In the chart below, I usually make my banana bread during the last stage of the ripeness scale. This is the perfect time because the banana is very sweet and it is right before it goes bad. If you ever find your bananas in this stage, but you do not have time to make bread, you can freeze them! When I freeze them, I just let the banana thaw out on the counter for a few hours or I pop it in the microwave.

What is Nutella?

Nutella is a delicious and creamy spread made from a combination of hazelnuts, cocoa, and skim milk. It has a smooth and velvety texture and a nutty, chocolatey taste. It is perfect for spreading on toast, crepes, and other treats and can also be used as an ingredient in baking. Nutella is a great way to add a sweet and indulgent flavor to any dish!
