Personally, I am a huge fan of starting my day off with a sweet breakfast (what can I say I am always craving something sweet)

Overnight oats are the best well-balanced breakfast on the go

I am a huge fan of overnight oats, especially on busy mornings trying to get into the office on time. I prefer to make a few batches of my overnight oats to last me for the week. It is the perfect breakfast to meal prep!


This recipe is PACKED with everything you need to start the day- carbs, fats and protein.

Oatmeal- A simple carbohydrate, packed with fiber, rich in antioxidants, & keeps you fuller for longer.

Greek Yogurt- Contains probiotics to improve your gut health, packed with protein, & full of nutrients
