Picture this-- you are 8 years old, having the time of your life running around all day like a hooligan on your neighborhood street. You end the summer day by making your favorite dessert, the class strawberry shortcake. I always cherished my time making these with my mom in the summer. This dessert alone brings back so many happy, nostalgic mems.

This recipe is basically a no brainer because it is that easy to make. It just involves a few simple ingredients and BAM you have a delicious sweet treat. I made this for Mother's Day and it got the whole fam's attention.
