The perfect bread for pumpkin season.

Have you ever seen such a beautiful thing? I mean the only thing you will see that is more beautiful is if you get up and look in the mirror ;) Okayyyy, all flirtation beside, this bread is SO freaking food and I make it at least five times every fall. It is so moist, packed with those beautiful fall spices, and drowning in the chocolate chips. Quite literally NOTHING is better IMO.
What makes it to so moist?
The pumpkin!! This is just another reason why pumpkin is the BEST! Especially for baking. It makes this bread so moist and delicious. Also, when baking with pumpkin, it is almost impossible to overcook it. I may or may not have left this recipe in the oven for two hours before...
What kind of pumpkin do I use?
I prefer to use Libby's canned pumpkin puree. You can make your own pumpkin puree from a pie pumpkin if you are feeling boujee but I am lazy! But, DO NOT use pumpkin pie mix. We want the raw pumpkin without the extra sugar.
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
2 eggs - at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil - or your preferred oil
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoons baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate chips
