Let's Bake Up Some Bliss:
1. Brown Butter Bliss:
Ā Ā In a saucepan, melt your butter over medium to low heat until it's golden brown and oh-so-nutty. Keep your eyes on the butter & stir to avoid burning. You can brun your brown butter VERY fast if you do not keep your eyes on it. Once it is perfectly brown, transfer to the mixing bowl. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
2. Mixing Magic:
Ā Ā Ā Stir in brown sugar & granulated sugar. Mix both sugars with butter for 1-2 minutes. Once fully combined, mix in the egg, and our star player, the Natural Maple Praline Flavor Paste (or vanilla extract).
3. Dry Dance:
Ā Ā Ā In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Fold this into the wet mix.

4. Choco-Pecan Fiesta:
Ā Ā Ā Coarsely chop up the dark chocolate bar. The toss in the almost all of the dark chocolate chunks & pecans. You will want to save a little to use for the top of each cookie before baking.
5. Bake & Enjoy:
Ā Ā Ā Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet & press in the remaining dark chocolate & pecans. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
