Dates-- you either love them or hate them. I get hyper fixated on a food from time to time. Right now dates are my new favorite go to snack. They are naturally sweet and delicious.
What are dates?
Dates are native to the Middle East & have been popular in their cuisine for thousands of years. They are grown on trees and look like jumbo raisins.
What are the health benefits of dates?
There are so many health benefits of dates. Actually so many benefits that they are a superfood! Dates are packed with vitamins such as, B1, B2, B3, B5, A1 and C. They are PACKED with fiber so if you are ever having a hard time ~going~ I would recommend these. They are a natural sweetener. I use dates a lot in baking because they give a caramel flavor to your dessert. With all of the natural sugars, dates are an amazing source of energy. I just wouldn't recommend eating TOO many for energy due to the fiber consequences (IYKYK).

Medjool Dates -- The star if the show. My favorite is medjool dates & you can find them at most grocery stores
All Natural Peanut Butter -- You can swap for your favorite nut butter
Chopped Peanuts
Dark Chocolate Chunks -- Or your favorite type of chocolate
