Get ready for the star of my pumpkin baking series, the mouthwatering Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread! If you're a pumpkin enthusiast like me, this recipe is about to become your new autumn favorite.


Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup Chocolate chips



Instructions:


1. Preheat and Prepare


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


Grease and flour a standard-sized loaf pan. This ensures your pumpkin bread won't stick.


2. Whisk It Up


In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Beat until well combined and slightly fluffy.
